Job Summary:
Our client, a leading main contractor are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Director who should have at least 20 years of experience within project management and oversight of mega construction programs specifically within High Rise & 5* hospitality projects internationally and across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Monitor projects’ budgets and resources and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
- Recruitment of key personnel.
- Track projects milestones and deliverables and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide senior leadership and mentorship to project team members.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in civil engineering/construction from an accredited western university
- Having worked for a respected main contracting company previously
- Minimum 20 years experience
- Extensive experience in 5* Hospitality & High Rise
- International project experience including within the GCC is preferred.
