Our client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director requiring experience within delivering large scale mixed use residential/villa programmes in the GCC.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction and/or Civil Engineering
• Previous experience as a Project Director leading the construction elements of large residential/villa programmes.
• Previous experience of working along side government authorities in Abu Dhabi is highly desirable
• Having worked directly for a well respected PMC or Developer in a leadership position
• Available for face to face interviews within the UAE
