Job Summary:

Our client has a large portfolio of buildings, infrastructure and oil & gas projects/clients across the country. We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director who should have at least 15-20 years of experience of mega building, infrastructure and/or O&G projects in a consulting environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders
• Oversee the operations team
• Manage the project team and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimise efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/construction or a related field.
• Western Educated due to visa/client requirements is preferred.
• At least 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Experience working for a project management or engineering consultancy.
• Experience leading multiple projects.
• Must have worked closely with clients and key stakeholders.
• Must have strong communication and operational skills.
