Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: QAR 110 – 130,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing financial planning & analysis, investment underwriting and monitoring, financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and risk management activities across the Group, to achieve desired financial objectives and mitigate risks in line with company policies.

Requirements:

• Asset/Investment Management experience with a portfolio of over $1billion.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant.
• Must be western educated.
• Must be under 55 years old.
• Has worked for an Asset Management firm with over $12billion worth of real estate assets.
• Real Estate/Hospitality asset management experience preferred.
